Underwood & Underwood was a major American publisher of stereoscopic photographs founded in 1882 by the brothers Elmer and Bert Elias Underwood. The company produced and distributed millions of paper stereoviews depicting travel, world events, and educational subjects.

In 1901 the company produced 25,000 stereoviews a day, making them the largest publisher in the industry. They pursued an aggressive marketing strategy and employed students as sales agents to sell stereoviews.

Around 1921 they start selling their negatives and stock to The Keystone View Company.
