Fruchier & Toussaint was a manufacturer of stereoscopes. The company patented in 1866 a hand-held stereoscope with a rack-and-pinion focusing mechanism. In 1873, Léopold Lévy joined the company.

Toussaint and Lévy left the firm in 1879, after which Fruchier continued the business with a new partner under the name Fruchier & Pottier.

Fruchier & Toussaint may have registered the F. T. trademark found on stereoscopes.
