Julien Damoy was a French grocer. He initiated a stereoscopy-related marketing campaign in 1904. Customers who purchased 500 grams of chocolate from his brands La Tasse or Le Select received a complimentary 9 x 14 cm paper stereoview together with a coupon. By collecting these coupons, customers could obtain a stereoscope. The stereoscopes offered were rebranded versions of Le Merveilleux and L’Omnium.
