Stereo baseline

The stereo baseline is the fixed distance between the two lenses of a stereo camera. This distance determines the degree of parallax between the two images and influences the perceived depth in a stereoscopic image. A default baseline corresponds approximately to the average human interpupillary distance, typically around 6 to 7 cm.
