The Idealoskop is a folding variant of the Holmes-Bates stereoscope. There is a model for 45 x 107 stereoviews—the format designated by ICA as Stereolette-Bilder—and another model for 9 x 12 and 9 x 18 stereoviews. The model for the larger formats is equipped with a lens hood.
