The Filmoscope was a stereoscope designed for viewing stereoviews on a filmstrip. The viewer was patented by André Barlatier. Barlatier founded the Filmoscope Company of America in Hollywood to market the viewer and its accompanying film rolls, known as Filmograms. The Filmograms primarily featured images of film stars.
Production and distribution of the Filmoscope were handled by Boeger Brothers, which was also based in Hollywood.
