Ernest Le Deley was a publisher of postcards, photo albums, and stereoviews. He designed and patented the Le Merveilleux stereoscope for the 9 x 14 cm paper stereoviews that he produced. His initials and trademark, E.L.D., appear on both the stereoscopes and the stereoviews he distributed.
