The Stéréoscope pliant de poche is a well-made folding stereoscope with lens focusing and inter-ocular adjustment. The front panel and stereoview holder can be folded inward to form a compact, portable unit. When unfolded, a sliding control on the right-hand side allows the lens panel to be moved forward or backward for focusing. The lens holder is fitted with a hinged metal flap that can be opened to admit light when viewing glass stereoviews.
The Stéréoscope pliant de poche was also available in a rich morocco leather case with clasp.
